Campaign custom Type and Target List custom category

Hi there,

I was tasked to set up some custom types for campaigns like faires and also some extra target list custom categories. I already found out, that types for campaigns is an enum, but did not find the edit button. Whats even more funny - my boss told me that faires should already exist as type, as they used it already two years ago.

In our internal manual this is also mentioned there should be a list where new stuff could be added. I open that menu, but that specific option is missing.




Same for the Target Lists custom categories, I found the info, that its a link to category of Target List Category but in the enitity manager this element is also not click/editable.

I read the documentation, searched in the forum asked google and chatgpt, and found nothing really helpful. Just two guides, but both send me to the "Administration > Entity Manager > Campaign > Fields > Type" where I cant do anything.

The Campaign's Type is the system field with complex logic; changing it may cause some unexpected behavior and could be adjusted only with coding intervention.
Personally, I would recommend you create a new field similar to the Campaign Type field and add new desired options to it.

To create new Target Lists categories, follow Manage Categories in the Target Lists tab (please see the screenshot attached).
