I want a user with the role of "manager" to see all the data tagged with "Team A"

I have created 2 roles(sales,manager)and 2 teams(A,B),

When creating data in the lead column, some of the data is marked with "Team A", and I want a user with the role of "manager" to see all the data tagged with "Team A"

How should this be achieved and what should I pay attention to? Thanks ^_^

User must be a member of "Team A" to be able to see posts that are marked with "Team A". Or "Team A" must include the role of "manager".

1.User B is a member of "Team A";
2."Team A" include the role of "manager";
3. Some of the "Leads" data is labeled "Team A"

But, User B can still see all the Leads data after logging in.

He should not see all Leads, but only those where he is either the Assigned User, or those Leads where Team A is specified. All your Roles on the screens are limited to read with the "team" permission.

You can try to create a separate Role for your User, where "all" will be specified instead of "team", and then he will see absolutely all Leads.

In the User's profile, you can always check what access rights he has at the current moment.
