How can I include case comments from Posts as a selectable option in Case reports?

I tried to add a link between the Case and Post entities in Entity Manager > Case > Relationship in order to have the ability to view comments when generating a pdf report, however, "Post" does not appear as an option in the Foreign Entity drop down. How can I enable case comments so I can include them when generating a pdf report? Or is there a differen approach needed?
