Issue with duplicate emails with Google Integration

    Hi everyone,

I've been experiencing an issue with the Google Calendar integration in our CRM.

From what I’ve observed, creating a meeting in the CRM Google Calendar sync automatically creates a Google Calendar meet and sends an email to contacts without pressing "Send invitations" button. But if I later change the assigned user of the meeting, once the Google Calendar sync is triggered, it sends another round of emails to the same contacts as well as creates a duplicate meet in Google Calendar. This seems to undermine the purpose of the "Send Invitations" button on the meeting page and results in redundant email notifications.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is this expected behavior? Are there any known workarounds to avoid these duplicate notifications?

    Espo CRM Version 9.1.7
    Google Integration 1.8.0

    Thanks in advance!

    Greetings, Paulius,
Are you using any type of Workflows/BPM's that are getting triggered by creating/editing Meeting entities?
I've created Meet in my CRM that get sync with my Google Calendar, and I don't observe any random invitations in my mail besides those i sent manually by pressing the invitation button.
