Email not going through BPM

Hello,

I am trying to setup an email reminder based on a condition to be sent to a specific user through a process. The email for some reason is not being sent. The attachments are attached for reference.

Can anyone help point out what could be the issue? All other emails of reports etc are being sent from the system.
