    Set Invoice Status to "Sent" automatically

    Hi all,

    since I'm not able to find a related topic, I'm creating a new one.

    It would make sense to automatically update the status of an invoice to "Sent" after e-mailing it via Espo. Does an feature exist regarding this issue? Or is it possible to create a workflow?

    Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi,

    There's no such a feature out of the box. Though I believe it's achievable with the Workflows tool. A rule can be set up to trigger when an email related to an Invoice is sent and perform an action that updates the status of the related Invoice.
