LDAP and 2FA (OTP)

Hi,

we use LDAP for the users.
If I enable 2FA with OTP for me as normal user, I can not login: Wrong username/password
If I disable 2FA again, I can login again.

Btw. if I disable 2FA and I come back to the user view, in the Avatar area the 2FA is still marked.
I have to reload the page to get the mark away.

EspoCRM is up to date 9.1.3

Any ideas?

i have enabled OIDC based authentication with Office 365, when we are trying to logged in with Office 365 account it's logged in successfully and it's redirect to 2nd page for authentication code, after adding authentication code it's giving 500 error code. Please help us, we are using latest version of espo crm. Thank you.
