  • 2FA not working for OIDC Based login

    i have enabled OIDC based authentication with Office 365, when we are trying to logged in with Office 365 account it's logged in successfully and it's redirect to 2nd page for authentication code, after adding authentication code it's giving 500 error code.

    Please help us, we are using latest version of espo crm.

      See in the docs:

      "Espo 2FA likely won't work with OIDC (if your identity provider does not allow an authorization code to be used twice; as Espo authentication process is stateless it will use the same autherization code for the second step). Consider using 2FA of the identity providers."

        thank you for your reply, below is log:

        with the same credentials smtp is working fine. i can able to send email.

          Editing a comment
          You can try changing the Security in the IMAP settings of your email account in your instance.
          However, this issue does not concern either OIDC or 2FA, so it is better to create a new post on the forum regarding this error or find similar ones and look for the answer in them.
