LDAP and 2FA (OTP)

Hi,

we use LDAP for the users.
If I enable 2FA with OTP for me as normal user, I can not login: Wrong username/password
If I disable 2FA again, I can login again.

Btw. if I disable 2FA and I come back to the user view, in the Avatar area the 2FA is still marked.
I have to reload the page to get the mark away.

EspoCRM is up to date 9.1.3

Any ideas?
