Hello, I am interested in using EspoCRM for my travel booking sites. Actually when visitors submit a booking form on my website, it is 99% that they want to book the tickets. If I follow the steps, I will need to capture a new lead from that booking form then convert it to opportunities? Is there anyway that I can have the details submitted in the booking form like an opportunity then work on it without using the lead? Can you suggest me the solution for my need please?

Hi, if you are using Advanced Pack then you can create a workflow that automatically creates an opportunity after capturing the lead from the email. -

you can create opportunity via formula based on new email/lead. We're using our own tool to capture submissions from forms and trigger actions based on it. If you'd like, you can contact us via website to get a proposal.Comment
