EspoCRM for travel bookings
Hello, I am interested in using EspoCRM for my travel booking sites. Actually when visitors submit a booking form on my website, it is 99% that they want to book the tickets. If I follow the steps, I will need to capture a new lead from that booking form then convert it to opportunities? Is there anyway that I can have the details submitted in the booking form like an opportunity then work on it without using the lead? Can you suggest me the solution for my need please?
