Hi, thanks for your reply!
Yes, I’ve already checked the browser settings and made sure that sound is allowed for the site.
However, no sound plays when a notification appears in EspoCRM.

Maybe EspoCRM itself doesn't trigger any audio event?
Is there a way to hook into the notification system and add a custom new Audio("notify.mp3").play() or something similar?

Any help or direction would be appreciated!

i have read on forum this is a browser (security something so setting ?)... you need to activate sound i think (if not forget).
