9.1.5 Phone number validation error on one browser/computer

Hey, one interesting bug, on one particular device (MacBook) it's not allowing to save, throwing this error (attached), then I tried on mine, (same model MacBook), and it works without a problem. I saw this error multiple times across the instances, but was able to catch for the first time

123-123-1234 works, please have a look, that's what I'm saying, it works on computer A, but it's not on a computer B
