Hi,
I’m using EspoCRM and in the Lead module, I have added multiple email addresses under one lead record (e.g., contactus@carters.com, jane.doe@carters.com, investor@carters.com).
When I send a mass email or use a workflow to send an email, only the main email address seems to receive it.
Is there any way to configure the system so that all the listed email addresses under a single lead can receive the email?
Do I need to set something special in Campaign, Workflow, or BPM to achieve this?
