Hi, I have a situation where I have two portals (portal A and portal B)
One customer (one account) has a group of users who have access to portal A and a group of users who have access to portal B.
The users of group A want to see the cases of group A, but they don't want to see the cases of group B.
The portal role is set up so that the user can see the account cases. This causes group A user to see group B cases as well. Portal B cases. The reverse is also true.
Currently, I can set up a portal role
- custom - this does not suit me, the user will not see the requests of other team members
- account - this does not suit me, the user sees the cases of both teams (pbpou portals)
- team - it is not possible for portal users to be assigned to a team
do you have a solution?
