    Can users invite users to meetings

    As an admin, when I create a meeting I can invite other users as well as contacts and leads. But when I create the meeting as a normal user I can only add contacts and leads. A placeholder for users is there, but there is only a dash instead of a dropdown. It must be an ACL somewhere, but I can't find it. Thanks in advance for any help!

    The Role of this Regular User must specify Assigment Permission (team or all) and permissions for User entity (team or all).
