    It's how it's been working for 11 years. Emails are logged in the Stream if they are linked to the parent at the moment of their import. An email won't appear in the Stream if the parent is changed manually afterward.

    In the B2B mode if an email is automatically linked with an Opportunity, it will be available in the stream of the Opportunity and in the stream of the related Account. It won't appear in the stream of the Contact. One may call it the limitation of the system. I'm OK with it. Maybe in future it will be improved. But it's not an easy task as any changes in the logic can decrease performance of the Stream loading.

    Unfortunately, we can't do anything at the moment.

      Is it a different behavior if the parent is changed via workflow after the import?

      Or are the emails really only logged once at the time of import, and all subsequent changes are irrelevant for the stream? Just so I understand.

      We often receive emails from customers and afterwards create an entity in the CRM, sometimes manually, sometimes via workflow.
