User selected do not disturb not redirecting to voicemail

    User selected do not disturb not redirecting to voicemail

    Scenario: VoIP set as do not disturb for the user
    Voip trunk: has voicemail checked in and voicemail .mp3 file attached

    Expected: Anyone who's calling to be routed to voicemail
    Reality: Error from carrier, and in espocrm shows up as missed call without a voicemail


    Could you please tell me the proper way to send such calls to voicemail?

    voip: 2.0.4
    epsocrm: 9.0.4

    Current VoIP is 2.1.0.
    Please check if you have a similar problem on it.

        I can't reproduce your problem: more screenshots and information are needed. In particular, screenshots of the VoIP Trunk settings. Also, the EspoCRM error log after reproducing the error is needed. You can contact EspoCRM Technical Support with a link to this topic, if you do not want to show/describe the details of the settings in this thread.

        VoIP is 2.1.0.
        EspoCRM 9.0.6

        - User twilio1 set up Do Not Discturb (screenshot 1).
        - VoIP Trunk settings (screenshot 2).
        - I'm calling -> I'm listening melody from the settings VoIP Trunk > Voiceemail Greeting Audio.
        - After the melody ends, a signal sounds and I leave a voice message. It's successfully saved and recorded (screenshot 3).
