Use of placeholders in text/Wysiwyg field values

Hello,
It is possible to use placeholders inside the text/Wysiwyg field? I tried to use {{contactName}}, {{name}}, as in in PDF template but it's not working. Any sugestion how I can use placeholders inside the text/Wysiwyg field? To be more specific, I created a Wysiwyg type field and I placed a default text. Some information should be automatically filled in based on what is entered in the other fields, some using a many-to-one relationship.

You can use the Placeholder of your Wysiwyg field in your PDF or Email PDF Template.
To use Placeholders, you must create PDF or Email PDF Templates, as they are designed for this purpose only.

Thank you for the support. I understand that the Placeholders can be used only in PDF and Email template, but not inside the field type Wysiwyg.
