Hello ! I'm noticing that the emails containing {optOutUrl} do indeed direct the unsubscribe link, in the campaigns, the unsubscribed accounts are mentioned and counted, but they still receive the emails! I don't understand, have you had the case? thank you !

Check where a problem user:- Marked as opted-out in the Target List
- Their email address is marked as opted-out
