Hello ! I'm noticing that the emails containing {optOutUrl} do indeed direct the unsubscribe link, in the campaigns, the unsubscribed accounts are mentioned and counted, but they still receive the emails! I don't understand, have you had the case? thank you !

Hi,

Check where a problem user:

• Marked as opted-out in the Target List
• Their email address is marked as opted-out

Any of these conditions should prevent mass email sending to the user.
