need to update the filed without save and edit

Hi team,

As given in the when i change the status then needs to updates some fields as given the second images

these filed, i have to do edit and save or change the values in the filed then these filed are updating. These field are formula or filtercount field so i need the solution asap.

what is filed ? do you mean field ? you can use formula
