X extension license subscription has expired - pop-up modal on all screens, all users

    Hey guys!

How can I disable this modal pop-up on all user's screens?

It's irrelevant to most of people who use the system, yet, it appears on all. How can I disable this?

    Thanks

    Hi Russ,

I think that in this case it means that you have to renew the extension license as the extensions switched to subscription usage model.

Hey, thanks, I use on self-hosted machine/s, and some extensions may be passed due, this shouldn't be shows to all users, thanks, I hope there is a way to remove this pop-up.
Extension support expired, whole company gets notified..it's crazy.

I hope you guys can revert this.

Hey, this is actually very important, do you know when did this change?
        Any official announcements?

Because this is a very crucial detail. I was promoting system here and there (more than 10 installs), this was a good selling point, if now its crucial part (extensions) is not just instance based, but also subscription based, then, it changes a lot in my case

Since the introduction of our extensions, we strived to provide our clients with the best possible tools and functionality at an affordable price and we are not going to change it.

Maybe you had an old subscription using the old license model?
