Admin User Can Not See Products?

I have my developer with an admin user set up with full privledges for all things. However they are not able to see the products page in the UI? It gives them a 403 error? Does anyone have any idea why. I have tried creating roles, teams, making the products owend by the same team. His user says full access?

When they go to products page:

But they can go to other modules:

Size:	52.4 KB
ID:	115332

But there user has full privs for everything:

The products seem to the module they are not able to go to. They can get to the admin section and other modules. Any help will be appreciated. I am not sure what is going on?

    - Is the problematic user an Admin or Regular type?

If he has an Admin type, then it doesn't matter what Role this User has. Try creating another User with Admin type and check how the Product entity is displayed in it.

    - If this is a Regular User, then he must have at least Read permission for the Product entity (all or team). Maybe you granted all permissions -> then installed the Sales Pack extension -> and forgot to additionally grant permission for the Product entity?

A possible case when an admin does not have access to a scope is when it was explicitly disabled. Administration > Entity Manager > Product > Edit > "Disabled" parameter. It should be unchecked.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.
