I set up Create Case, and since upgrading to version 9.0, a large number of the same emails have created two Cases. Has anyone encountered the same issue? I need some help.

Possible reasons:
- There is a formula, workflow or bpmn that duplicates a Case under certain conditions.
- There is another Personal or Group Email Account that is set to the identical Email Address.
Alternatively, try disabling Email-to-Case for this Group Email Account for a while and send a test email. Check the EspoCRM log, maybe there is some information there.
