No Parent info in Call Logs

For 2 weeks, the parent Field in calls it is empty.
I wonder what I changed or any idea what the problem might be?
In the call popup, the names of the account, lead, or contact appear. I have attached some pictures.

Another question, can it be set so that the popup is displayed instantly when we have an incoming call? Do we need to use WebSocket? Thank you!
