    No notifications for own entities

    Hello everyone,

    I came across something today that I can't understand.
    We no longer receive notifications from our own entities.
    I have not made any changes.
    It still worked in Espo version 9.0.0.
    In the meantime I have already updated to 9.0.2.
    There is also nothing at the top next to the bell, there is only an entry in the stream.

    Standard notifications, e.g. new e-mail, come as usual.

    My first thought was that it was due to the new version of the mobile app from eblasoft. But after uninstalling the extension, the problem persisted.

    Before the question comes: There is nothing in the logs about this.

    Example of such a custom entity:
    How do we make our orders via EspoCRM.
    In the mail there is a button with which the supplier can confirm receipt of the order and in the entity the status is changed from “ordered” to “confirmed”. We do this with the EntryPoints. We still received a notification for this, but now unfortunately we no longer do.

    Can anyone give me a tip on where else I can look?
    I have already checked in the settings, but everything is the same as before.

    Your case is reproduced under the following conditions (on 8.4.2 and 9.0.2):

    1. I am the Assigned User (Admin) on a certain record in my Preferences and in Administration > Notifications absolutely everything possible is enabled, including receiving Notifications when the Status changes in a certain record (screenshot 1).
    2. However, for this entity, for some reason, the Stream option in Administration > Entity Manager > Yor_entity_name > Edit was disabled (screenshot 2).

    So you will not receive notifications until the Stream option is enabled + you must be subscribed to the record (screenshot 3) in which the Status changes.
