How can i change layout?

Good morning,

i'd like to change the layout. Instead of having Meetings, Tasks, History etc. on the right side panel, i'd rather have them in the subpanel. Notes doesn't work for me, because they won't show up correctly and i need to see more of open tasks and Meetings and the like than Notes.

Secondly, i wasn't able to figure out, how to set a contact to inactive. A contact left an account, and i haven't got a clue, where to put "inactive", so i could lateron drop that one when i send out a email mailing.

Update: I am still on V8, just found out, that V9 would do the trick for my first question, so i assume i have to get my Admin to update :-)
The second question i still can't see, even with the current demo installation. Any idea?

Update: My admin updated to 9.0.2. I can now select the sidepanels entries like history for the layout of standard entities. How to achieve this with a custom entity?
I also want to add another entity, which would need that one as well.

Also, still open: How to set a contact to inactive, since he left the company, so no email will be sent in the future, even if we have an opt in.

If the entity has a relationship (Many) with the Parent Entity with Link Field ticked, you can bring to the Bottom Panel in Layout

With regard to making the contact inactive, you need to add the necessary fields and set conditions with formula (or workflow if you have an advanced pack) and stop the emails
