    Getting 403 Access Denied on any upload

    Hi,

    I am getting "403 Access Denied" whenever i try to upload the Advance Pack or Import data. Its happening to all the instances i have. I tried debug and checked the error logs and nothing is recorded. There is nothing in the system error log too. Please help.

    Try re-granting the necessary permissions: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...n/#permissions to your instance and try again.
    If the error recurs, check the logs. If there is no information about the error in the logs, then during playback, open the browser console and repeat the test. Add the screenshot to this topic.

      victor thank you for responding. We got this problem in all our instances and in different sub-domains. Subsequently, we passed the problem to our Hosting provider and they found that it was related to mod-security rules in Apache. They corrected this and now it working fine. Thank you so much.

        We faced this problem because we just upgraded the OS version in the server. The hosting provider missed a few of the extensions and parameter settings from the old OS. Sigh!
