    Formatting Dates in an Email

    We're trying to create an email template with a date (pulled from date field) which keeps pulling yyyy-mm-dd

    Is there a way to format this? We tried the way used in PDF {{dateFormat today_RAW format='DD MMMM YYYY'}}however this fails.

    I couldn't see any documentation to explain email formatting for dates - any suggestions?

      It should work fine. which version of espocrm you are using ? is today the name of the date field ?

      i have tested this on version 8 + and it works fine

          It's a date field called Lead.cQuoteStartDate - it throws a 500 error if we try and use the template.

          Currently on 8.4.2.

              Hi,
              just info, when you use with "_RAW". make sure your date field is filled else you get error 500.
