Hello, I made "update Duplicate Check": true to prevent duplicate records in these json files, but it only worked in the account field. What can I do to make it work in others?

It is probably better for you to write in the developer branch, and first read this article yourself: https://docs.espocrm.com/development/duplicate-check/.

If you do not have programming skills, then for all custom entities whose type is not Event, a similar functionality is available in Administration > Entoty Manager > Your_entity_name > Edit.
