espocrm notifications

I have a problem in the notifications , i cant find the "demandes de validation" in the entity to notify about upon assignment
also in the other entities selected , the notifications (in the espocrm dashboard) doesnt work
i want to notify users who have the access to the entities when a record is added , deleted or updated ...
please if semeone know the issue , i need help
also if there is any tip to make the notifications sent with a bip or any sound let me know

Try to rebuild your instance and recheck the issue. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to configure notifications with sound.

Please provide a screenshot of Administration -> Entity Manager -> Demandes de validation -> Edit and EspoCRM error log to investigate this issue in more detail.
