How can i create Button for email, that will change record in CRM Entity?

Hello there
I am going to send bulk mails to our customers. In there, i want to have an BUTTON - which when will be clicked, that parent record in CRM will update.
I have setup a mail, but i have no idea how to do it, even tho i searched in Workflows for some way of catching that by @signal or something.
The fieild that i want to change in CRM is Parent to Children record.

Is it possible to create something like a specific link i will put to that button, that will do the job of Updating target record or something like that?

Please show schematically what exactly and where exactly you want to update when you click the button. And someone from the community will definitely tell you whether it is possible.

Here you can clearly see what i want to achieve.

Edit: There is only one and only connection i want to do, so if anyone clicks on the button, they still get the same connection to that Many to One connection (V Nábore) - they all get "Pomocníci na dátové centrá".
