    Hi there, I've got latest version of Espo and all Extension and couldn't find the correct answer in this forum - maybe because I don't know the correct keywords to search for in english language...

    However, at the moment it's possible to assign an account mit many contacts to one portaluser or just one contact.

    Now we've got some managers who should be able to manage only 5 - 10 contacts. At the moment I have to create an account for each manager and link the contacts from the main-account to this one.

    Is there somehow a possibility to change within the entity "portaluser" the field where I can choose just one "contact" ("Kontakt" in German) to the field where I can choose many "contacts" (Kontakte) ?

    I was looking for the template wheere I can make those changes, but I'm unable to find it... is it really that difficult or even possible ?

    Would be really nice if someone had a solution or even a hint where I could start looking...

    Contact and Account entities are used in the Portal mostly to grant rights to records that were previously relayed to a Contact or Account. This is a system functionality that cannot be changed through the UI. Portal Roles and Users are specially limited in rights compared to Regular User.
    Therefore, it is better for you to create Regular Users (instead of Portal Users), configure teams and roles for them, and only then they will be able to work as you want.

    The Portal is only for guest access (for customers), and regular access is for employees.​
