  • Itemlist not working in Opportunity

    Hi,
    I have issue when using itemlist in Opportunity:
    After I added any item list in Opportunity: save> it's ok. But after that when I open again this Opportunity: it gone.
    Please help to investigate and fix it.

    Hi Ellen,

    - What versions of EspoCRM and Slaes Pack extension are you using? EspoCRM 8.2.4 and Sales Pack extension 2.5.0 are currently relevant.
    - When Debug mode is enabled: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ng/#debug-mode, does anything get written to the EspoCRM logs? EspoCRM log files are located in your_instance_name/data/logs/ directory. Most errors are logger there.
    - If there is nothing in the EspoCRM logs after playback, what is displayed in the browser console (press F12) when Items disappear from your Opportunity?

    Perhaps you have the ability to record a short video playback > upload it to one of the video hosting sites > share it on the forum.

      Hi Victor,
      I'm using very old version.
      It has been worked before. But now it's not working.
      It need to be upgraded then it will be working?

        Sooner or later you will have to upgrade your instance version, php version and Sales pack extension version. And this is the best advice for you.

        However, in the meantime, please check your versions of: php, EspoCRM and Sales Pack extension.

      Do I need to buy advance & sales pack
      or only sales pack to solve this issue

      1. Check Versions: Ensure that you are using the latest versions of EspoCRM and any relevant extensions, such as the Sales Pack extension. Sometimes, updating to the latest versions can resolve unexpected issues.
