    Hi everyone,

    I have a question regarding auto-reply emails in ESPOcrm. Currently, when a customer sends an email and a case is created or an existing Case is updated, the system correctly sends an automatic reply to the customer. However, this auto-reply is also being saved in the email history and in the stream for the case and also in the account..

    For our use case, we don’t need these auto-replies to be stored in the history or stream. We still want the auto-reply to be sent, but without it being logged in the system. Is there a way to configure ESPOcrm to send the auto-reply without saving it in the CASE/customer’s email history and the stream?

    Maybe you could unrelate the auto-reply email using a workflow once it’s created?
