App Log - cannot access & 2023 Action History?

Hello,
App log section contain logs from /data/log/ folder in your EspoCRM, but only from date when it was enabled in config file.
It's possible that it was disabled on cloud version of EspoCRM. You need to contact support if you'd like to know more. Here you can check how to enable this feature on selfhosted EspoCRM https://youtu.be/B_xCXD6JMIc
In regard to action history, it'll not available anymore probably. Period of stored action history is determined by param in config file - Config parameters - EspoCRM Documentation
