Stream preferences

Hello all,

I want to use the stream only for manual posts and remove all automated stream entries such as new records added etc.

I was previously under the impression that the stream preferences were accessible in Administration>settings. These don't appear to be there. The only options I have relating to stream is the entity on / off checkbox for those entities where stream is an option.

Have I imagined that I can control what the stream records?

i think you can disable hooks for stream related to creating . updating etc using his

i have not tested it but i guess this could work. before applying read code to understand which hooks to disable.

Thanks. I've investigated and it's not easy. I'll post back when I have progress (if ever :-)
