issue with Samsung

I have created an entity, inside it has a plugin field which is an array. i can create new items in the list with the + button, but i cannot get the records created with the X to be deleted. the problem only occurs on some Samsung devices.
I have tested with other android devices and have no problems.

Maybe try using a different theme? As the custom theme may be the issue here.
