Unable pin the stream

Find from the docuementation
Stream Notes can be pinned. A user need to have edit access for a record to be able to pin or unpin Stream Notes.
But unable find the pin button/menu on the stream...

Thanks, mean the stream only can pin at the module. We can not pin it at the main page/stream module.

Pinning is allowed only per record.

Hi.
On the same subject, the Administrator can pin posts and updates on the stream.
I cannot find a way for a user to do the same.
Only posts can be pinned by users

A user with edit access can pin posts in the record's stream.

It's not possible to pin updated, just for information.
