    Mails marked as read, all mails in all folders are marked as read

    Hello everyone,

    I have a phenomenon that I can't quite understand.

    If, for example, I am in my inbox with e-mails, I do not mark any mails, but only select the drop-down menu and mark them as read, then all mails (also in the other group folders) are also marked as read.

    Normally, only the mails in the selected folder should be marked as read.

    Is this intentional or is there a small error?
    Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?​​

    Using the Mark as Read option for email A, you automatically check the isRead field (of boolean type) and simultaneously uncheck the isNotRead field. For these fields in a specific record (in a specific email), it does not matter in which folder the email is located.
    The logic of the Mark as Not Read function works according to a similar principle.

    You can experiment with this by adding the isRead field in Administration > Entity Manager > Email > Layouts > List.​
