  • Link/log an older existing meeting to a contact

    Hi,
We use renamed "meetings" to "meetings and events" and essentially also use to track participation to and contact/leads linked to an event (e.g. a conference).
When we meet and create contact there, we can add them to the event, so that on the page of the meeting, you can see all the people we have met.
But, when going to the contact page, you actually do not see the meeting listed on the right side.
When I try to log an activity/past meeting, I can only create a new meeting specific to that contact.
Is there now way to link or make sure that an existing meeting can appear on a contact page?
    I hope that's clear,
    Thanks,

This is usually done by simply adding the desired contact or lead in Attendees (screenshot 1). And then the required event appears in the History and/or Activities panel (screenshot 2).
Why this does not happen to you, it is difficult to say. A possible reason is that old event statuses are not included in Activity Statuses and History Statuses in Administration > Entity Manager > Meeting > Edit (screenshot 3).

      Thanks,
I do not have all this on the Meeting edit form, my view stops just below "Kanban view" check mark.
Do I have to do something to have access to these fields?

You may have an outdated version of EspoCRM. The current version is 8.4.1.

Indeed, still at 7.4.3. We will plan a back-up and upgrade! Thanks!
