Show opportunities of the caller?

Please guide me, how to add to the caller box (pop-up) opportunities that are linked to the contact?

I would use Kharg button extension for this. You will need a do a click though, and it only support single link.

Better off mixing List Small + Button and relationship?

See that icon left of the name Test? Clicking on that will show me:
