Hi everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with our Espo instance after installing the New Advanced Pack 3.4.3 (previously, we had version 2.15.2). The problem arises when we start a flowchart using a timer start event (linked to a target report) that triggers for example every five minutes. If the flow isn't able to process all records from the target report within the five-minute interval, the timer event triggers again with the remaining records, even while the initial flow is still running with the same target report. This results in multiple flows being initiated for the same records, as long as the previously triggered flows are not yet completed.
We would like to know if this was indeed a change due to the advanced package update and if so, in which version this was implemented and if this change was intended.
Thanks a lot!
