Leads export issue

Hi

I have been trying export my leads but i doesnt seem to be working properly

So when i start the export it says The export is being processed in idle by cron. It can take some time to finish. Closing this modal dialog won't affect the execution process."

In the jobs section

Espo\Tools\Export\Jobs\Process -> Running

for almost 12 hours

On the attachment side i see a file called Export_Lead.csv but when i click on the link to download it says

500 Internal Server Error
Could not get stream for non-existing 'data/upload/66b12348528ce7ebe'.

I have around 200,000 leads to export and using espo 8.3

Any help will be appreciated.
