    hey guys, getting this:
    [2024-08-03 00:11:10] DEBUG: Queue: skip user [66969f81b64ebcd81] because the user is not available


    I checked voip, checked do not disturb, nothing, normal user in a queue but never gets a call, where do I check

    About "do not disturb",
    - Before making a test call, log in as this User using: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...s-another-user.
    - Make sure that "do not disturb" is turned off and only then make a test call.

    Additionally, in Administration > VoIP Routing > your_number, put this user first in the queue. You can also change the Assignment Rule.

    Check the correctness of the phoneNumber for this user and his VoIP Settings in general.

      Hi, victor, I don't know, nothing, it disappeared.
      This problem came back, for another user.
      I posted a case on internal portal (portal.espocrm.com), this is really strange, looks and feels like a bug

        I checked everywhere, tried do not disturb (it was hidden, I added back to dashboard under the agent, tried changing number, user, etc), it's not working for a particular CRM user
