    How the fields accountRole and title work in contact entity?

    Hello,

    I've seen that there is a strange (to me) relationship between the "title" fields and the "accountRole" field in the contact entity. When I fill in the "title" field, the "accountRole" field is automatically filled with the same value and vice versa. But this only works with the first linked account not for the rest. So the field "title" only shows a valid value for one of the accounts linked.

    Is it possible to report the "accountRole" field as required only in case an account is linked? If in the settings I mark as required in the "accountRole" field it is not possible to create a new contact without a linked account.​

    That is how it works. The accountRole is a field mapped to the role field in the middle table which stores the account role. It is a notStorable field.

    It is possible by you need to create a custom field accounts and inherit the existing field with ability to add function.
