share links in email templates

hello everybody


I'm creating an e-mail template in which I'm integrating sharing links to social networks.
=>whatsapp is ok: "https://api.whatsapp.com/send?text=blabla%20https......"
=>email is ok: "mailto:?subject=....;body=....https....web_sh are"
=>facebook is ok: "https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https........."
=>but messenger doesn't work, when saving the template, my href disappears: "fb-messenger://share/?link=https......"

have you got any idea why ?

Please provide more details with screenshots to investigate this issue in more detail.

I believe the URL is being stripped of the prefix in his Email Template field, "fb-messenger://share/?link=", Agnes_C question would be, "How do I disable or whitelist that?"

it's a real mystery !!!

It because espoCRM is stripping some of these text. You have to find out how to disable/custom it.
