"Converted to" went missing on Lead Detail View!

Hi Community,
For some reason I cannot find the "Converted To" panel on the Lead Detail View Page!

In the Layout Manager too, I don't have the option to add any panels. Just "Default"

We have just deployed the CRM and I am working on it since a few weeks, and just now did I realise that I do not have this panel that I can see in the Demo version.

Can anyone please help me resolve this? What steps can I take to resolve this or even check what is the issue.

Also strange the screenshots are missing.

Note that the second solution is about Opportunity. For Lead, everything should work in a similar way.
