Go to Administration > Entity Manager > Aktivite > Edit

Add your field to "Text Filter Fields"

The search is made only in text type fields. When a field opens for ranking, he does not do it on it.

That's how it should work.
For other cases, Administration > Entity Manager > Your Entity Name > Layouts > Search Filters > Your Field Name is used. There you can add your field and then search.
